You must complete the questionnaire, we will be sending all the details including the contract which you must complete to book the desired date and send a 50% deposit of the total amount. Contract will be returned with signed and with payment evidence.

We recommend to book as soon as possible to save your desired date. A lot of brides book their space with more than one year of advance.

After I do my booking, can I make changes? Add more people?

Yes, after you book your appointment, you can add more services if you do it with some time before the event.

Do you refund my deposit?

We do not refund deposits for customer cancellation.

Do you work with big groups for events?

Yes, for big groups, bridal entourage will be attended by colleagues that will assist me for the event.

Do you have a salon or do you work at the customer's house?

All services are offered on customer's home except for bridal tests which are offered at a home based studio.

How much time takes every service per person?

Bride's Hair & Makeup can take up to 2 .5 hours
Bride's entourage Hair & Makeup can take up to 1.5 hours - 2 hours
Makeup 45 minutes
Hair 30 minutes- 1 hour

It is not required but always recommended since you will know exactly how you will look, the process will be faster and you will be more relaxed.

We offer makeup and hairstyle for all kinds of occasions. In addition, hair dry blow services, application of hair extensions (Clip), waxing, brow lamination, brow tint and lashlift.

Do you work airbrush?

No. Techniques and products used will create a fresh and natural finish without the need to use an airbrush.

Products used are oil-free, waterproof, highly durable and suitable according to skin  type and customer needs.

At what time will services begin?

It is important to have the time you want to be ready and the time the photographer will arrive in the room and start taking photos so that you can set a start and end time.
